The RedThread Summit isn’t a conference. It’s a working retreat built for senior HR, Talent, L&D, and People Analytics leaders who want to think differently about work. The experience is small by design, focused on conversation, collaboration, and practical application.
Sessions are informed by RedThread research and shaped by the expertise and curiosity of every participant. There are no stages, no keynotes, and no spectators — only people who come ready to learn, challenge, and contribute.

We’re still shaping the Summit. The agenda will come together with input from early registrants in the months leading up to Snowbird.
What we know now is that it will span three-ish days of deep conversation, practical exploration, and time to think — with hands-on sessions, space to step outside, and moments to connect over good food and mountain air.

The Summit starts long before we meet in Snowbird. We’ll invite early registrants to help shape the experience — from topics to structure to before- and after-event workshops. You’ll have a hand in building what matters most to this group of leaders.

Three days of deep work. Small-group dialogues, collaborative sessions, and hands-on exploration of the questions shaping people and work today. It’s structured enough to focus, open enough to think freely, and grounded in research and lived experience.

On the second afternoon, we step outside for a reset. Snowbird’s mountain trails, Alpine Slide, Mountain Coaster, Ropes Courses, and fresh air offer space to reflect and reconnect before heading back into conversation.

On the evening of Day 2, we meet for dinner at the Summit—the highest restaurant in Utah. It’s a moment to step back, connect, and see the Wasatch range from a new perspective before diving into the final day’s sessions.
Sound like your cup of tea? Request an invite. We'll send you more information and set up some time to speak.
The Summit takes place at Snowbird, a mountain retreat 35 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport.
Set in Little Cottonwood Canyon, the venue offers altitude, quiet, and wide-open views — the perfect backdrop for thinking differently about work.
