WEBINAR: The AI Agents are Coming… and What It Means for HR

People have started throwing around the terms “AI Agents” and “Agentic AI,” but there isn’t a lot of clarity on what these terms mean, what AI agents do, and what the implications are for HR.  

Our goal in this session is to shed some light on this topic while also giving us all direction for future learning. This webinar features a stellar panel of 3 product leaders chosen from our Tech Consortium, who will help us answer the following questions:  

• What are AI agents and how are they different from chatbots?  

• What can AI agents do now and what do we expect them to do in the future?  

• What are the potential challenges HR leaders might face in adopting AI agents?  

• How should HR leaders prepare themselves and their organizations for agentic AI?  

Each panelist will have approximately 8-10 minutes to share their overall thoughts, and then we will have a group discussion for the last half of our session. This is sure to be a session that enlightens us all on where this new HR Tech AI trend is heading.
